Returns & Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. This is due to hygienic reasons.

If you have received a product that you did not order or ordered incorrectly (e.g. wrong size or wrong amount), you can either return or exchange the product. The item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@bluemarche.com to return or exchange the product or fill in the online contact form with subject "Return". 

Refunds

If you receive incomplete or wrong products, refunds are available. In such a situation you can send the product back. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 14 days.

Products that are delivered in accordance with the order cannot be refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bluemarche.com.
